The Team recounts their stint in the club Splash, Taylor meets Buddy Love, and much, much more.

Episode 38 – If They Put It in Me, It’s Mine

September 10, 2007

After their usual span of inactivity, your Team Members are back for over an hour of hilarious stupidity in The BRink of Insanity podcast episode 38. We basically just update you on the goings-on of the past few months and ponder what it would be like if Taylor’s arm was amputated, among other things. We introduce the Team Member Paint Gallery and much, much more.

Episode 37 – Meep Mop Moop

June 20, 2007

John and Chris join the Team Members in the highly ignunt hour-plus-long show that is episode 37. While it may take only the most hardened BRink fans to make any sense of the four-voiced rant, anyone with ears will notice that we become drunker as this show progresses. Topics range anywhere from the upcoming iPhone to Aaliyah, and Chris has an irrational GI tract, causing inordinate amounts of audible gas. Tempers flair as Myspace strips Bart of his photo collection, Chris’ mom is a bulldagga, and much, much more.

Episode 36 – Driving Should NOT Involve Thinking

May 20, 2007

In episode 36, we come to you in full-motion Technicolor video. If you cannot view this video on your iPod, you will have to click the link and watch it on Google Video. Sorry, an iPod video converter costs money, so I went with Windows Media. Also, YouTube limits your videos to ten minutes, so I went with Google, who, oddly enough, owns YouTube.

Episode 35 – “Et Tu Ro Ro?”

March 7, 2007

In the BRink of Insanity episode 35, your favorite Team Members discuss the events of the last month since last you heard from them. Bart had his wisdom teeth removed and Taylor obtains a pink flat iron. On a trip home from her parents’ house, Taylor has to pull over so Bart can take the shit of a lifetime. Despite recording difficulties, the Team presses on with another installment of ignunce. Taylor’s mom gets hammered, Bart buys a 40-inch flat-screen television, and Tori Amos is set to release a new album. The Team makes art for Bart’s wall, and much, much more.

Episode 34 – Honda Holla: I’ll Drive!

February 10, 2007

Your Team Members give you another installment of the BRink of Insanity podcast in episode 34. Taylor’s windshield washer reservoir is discussed at great length, and the Team hopes to have a new Honda Holla! in the near future. Myspace videos make popular people more desirable than they should be – much like podcasts. Bart and Taylor reveal what they gave each other for Christmas, Taylor is on a diet, and Bart grills alone. Apple invents a device that the Team simply has to have, the Apple iPhone. Taylor’s parents took us to Flemming’s in Baton rouge and paid 30 dollars for a nine dollar bottle of wine. Civic and radar vie for the top spot on Bart’s favorite palindrome list. Doug is talked about a little, and much, much more.

Episode 33 – What We’ve Learned This Year Part Deux

January 4, 2007

Your favorite Team Members are back and tackling their lists of what they’ve learned this year in the BRink of Insanity podcast episode 33. (Episode 32 was lost due to computron ignunce.) Of course, last year is actually when these things were learned, but with Taylor’s newfound alcoholism and Bart’s usual ignunce, this show wasn’t recorded till January 1, 2007. Bart apparently learned way more than Taylor, as his list contains 25 items – initially. Listen to the show to hear what The Team has learned in 2006, and much, much more.

Episode 31 – Happy December, Team Member!

December 1, 2006

Episode 30 – Well, What Had Happened Was…

November 15, 2006

The Team brings you another sporadic installment of the BRink of Insanity podcast. In episode 30, Taylor talks with her mouth full as a discussion of grubby customers’ hands dig in tip jars ensues. While The Team may not be rusty, they certainly don’t have much to say. Bart is definitely owned by Taylor’s whims, and collectively, The Team has things going on in their lives that doesn’t always allow a podcast session. Microsoft Paint aids in the chronicling of Bart and Taylor’s adventures as Team Members. Taylor loses the ‘i’ key on her laptop and Bart comes to her rescue. The Team’s article in the Baton Rouge Advocate that promised x-rated humor failed to bring in Baton Rouge listeners, and The Team wonders why they podcast at all. Coffee Mate introduces Pumpkin Spice and Gingerbread flavored coffee creamers, and Bart is all over it. Taylor does not like eggnog. Bart’s Christmas Wish List includes such things as a microplane, a nutmeg nut, a Mercedes-Benz, and much, much more.

Episode 29 – When in Doubt, Add Lube

October 23, 2006

Bart announces he’s moving in this weeks BRink of Insanity podcast. Episode 29 brings forth discussions of a Vietnamese Noodle Ranking System (VNRS), as well as a new cute flash cartoon called Potter Puppet Pals. These cute shorts are likely to be a Team favorite if they continue to put out episodes. In a technologically cutting-edge decision, Baton Rouge is soon going to be installing traffic light cameras. The Team does not care and is having none of it. Psyched about their upcoming article in The Advocate, The Team becomes stranded when Taylor’s car says she has had all she could have took. Also making an appearance are the usual witty antics and much, much more.
